About Me

Hi, I'm Sneha

Sneha

I’m a Functional Nutritionist and Gut Health Practitioner, and the voice behind this practice. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how the body works—not just how it looks, but how it feels, responds, and communicates. Over time, that curiosity grew into a deeper focus on the signals we often ignore: bloating, fatigue, skin flare-ups, hormonal shifts, and the everyday symptoms that are easy to dismiss but rarely random. My work is rooted in helping you understand what your body has been trying to say all along. Through a food-first, root-cause approach, I focus on restoring gut health, calming inflammation, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and my practice is built on a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, therapeutic healing, and evidence-based wellness

Sneha

Sneha Agarwal focuses on understanding what lies beneath the symptom — because true healing begins by addressing the cause, not just the discomfort. Symptoms are often the body's earliest signals that something deeper is out of balance, and when ignored for long enough, they can develop into long-term health concerns that affect both physical and mental wellbeing.

Her work is centred on helping individuals understand these signals, uncover the deeper imbalances beneath them, and support the body through targeted nutrition and sustainable lifestyle shifts. From chronic digestive concerns and hormonal imbalances to metabolic dysfunction and inflammation, Sneha's approach is rooted in helping the body heal in a way that is practical, lasting, and deeply restorative.

Working with clients across a wide range of health concerns, her focus remains the same — to help people move beyond symptom management and return to a healthier, more balanced way of living.

Advanced Testing

Advanced Functional Testing

For cases that need deeper investigation, advanced functional testing may be recommended to explore underlying imbalances more closely. These tests are suggested only when clinically relevant and based on symptoms, health history, and case complexity.

Functional Testing Available

  • GI-MAP (Gut Microbiome & Infections)
  • H. Pylori Testing
  • SIBO Breath Testing
  • DUTCH Test for Hormonal Health
  • Mould Toxicity Testing
  • Food Allergy & Sensitivity Testing
  • Heavy Metals Testing
  • Neurotransmitter Testing
  • Cortisol & Adrenal Function Testing
  • Additional functional testing as required

When deeper testing is needed

  • Persistent IBS or digestive concerns
  • Chronic bloating, reflux, or irregular bowel patterns
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Fatigue and burnout
  • Skin flare-ups and inflammation
  • Food sensitivities
  • Suspected infections or deeper gut dysfunction

Advanced testing allows for a more precise and personalised approach when routine testing alone does not explain the full picture.
